Max Myanmar Group of Companies, owned by Myanmar national entrepreneur was originally established as Max Myanmar Co., Ltd. In 1993. Ever since, it started importing buses from Japan followed by import of generators and earth-moving equipment & machineries, it steadily expanded and diversified initially from trading business into the fields of civil construction, mechanical engineering, transportation, hotel & tourism and rubber plantation.
